Subject: Bid Posting
Carolyn: The boss says the bid posting looks fine and was glad to see that
it was up by 7:30pm. He said, “having this web site for posting
information like this quickly is one of the best things this firm has ever
done”! That is a credit to you and your responsiveness to our
requests. Thanks, Joe

Dear Carolyn:
I wanted to take a few minutes to write you about my
experiences with you and your company over the last two years. I was a
little hesitant about working with a small firm such as yours. I had had
a bad experience previously, which cost me my web site and all the work
and money invested in it. My original doubts were quickly put aside as I
got caught up in the excitement and professionalism you showed.
As a small rental firm I knew I had many vastly different
products to expose to those who shop on the net. I also knew I only wanted
to transact business in a small geographical area. What seemed like an
impossible task then, went so smoothly, that today I wonder what I ever
worried about.
Although I don’t check my web traffic reports as often as I
should I do know that I get and great deal of business from my web site.
The site also gives my counter people a whole new and exciting sales tool.
By referring prospects to
www.coolunitedrental.com the prospective customer can visualize what
my sales staff is talking about. We get many calls that start out with
“I’m on your web site now and I’m ready to place and order”.
In closing, I would like to
thank you for making the process
so easy and affordable. I can’t say that I couldn’t have done it without
you, but I will say that it’s only as good as it is because of you. You
have truly exceeded my expectations!
Sincerely
Ray B. Robinson

Email correspondence between Artists
William F. Renzulli and Janos Enyedi
To: William Renzulli
Subject: Re: Industrial landscapes
Dear Mr. Renzulli:
Thank you for the interest in my work, and the kind words. Most certainly,
should you travels bring you to the Washington area, I extend an open
invitation to visit Furnace Road Studio.
I had the pleasure of visiting your website and return the
compliments. It is one of the most professional sites I have seen,
and extremely user friendly.
You clearly appear to have had a long and distinguished
career and I am very appreciative of your proclivity to throw out the
"rule book"
in terms of technique. I do the same. My "palette" of surfaces and
techniques have been developed over 25 years, and are second nature to me
now.
Keep those brushes moving!

I love it - you added the Allure magazine info - that was a great add! I
totally forgot all about that.
Thanks for going above and beyond expectations!

Email delays
URGENT: 95% of the nation's mail servers have been have been bogged down
and greatly affected due to enormous mass emailing yesterday and today of
virus infected attachments which were sent out. Our mail servers are
experiencing a long lag time due to the process of eliminating infected
mail before it gets into our boxes, the mail filtering will not catch all
of the infected mail, but will delete a large percentage of it. This is
what is causing the delays - it is in your best interest to leave the
mail filtering turned on!!!
DO NOT OPEN ANY EMAILS WITH ATTACHMENTS!!!! They look like official
updates from Microsoft, HP, WinZip, they are a worm virus that are
extremely difficult to delete! If you didn't request any info, stay away
from these email attachments!........ |
